The following rates and schedule are for the 2013 season. The Bar Harbor Whale Watch Company offers seven distinct trips:

Tour Policies
- There are no trips scheduled for Sep 4, Sep 11 or Sep 26, 2013
- Passengers 18 years of age and older MUST show valid photo I.D to board the whale watching vessel(s).
- Passengers shall not carry any weapons, hard coolers, glass containers, or alcohol onboard.
- Household pets are not permitted onboard any vessel, with the exception of the Bar Harbor Nature Cruise. Passengers with service dogs must present credentials at time of ticketing.
- If, in the opinion of the captain, the tour cannot be continued for any reason, the captain may terminate the tour at any time.
- Bar Harbor Whale Watch reserves the right to deny passage to any passenger, with or without a ticket.
- Bar Harbor Whale Watch reserves the right to cancel any tour without prior notice.
- Water transportation aboard a vessel may be or become uncomfortable. The motion which you will experience on the water may be unfamiliar or uncomfortable to you and may vary directly based on prevailing weather and sea conditions of which Bar Harbor Whale Watch has no control. Passenger(s) with particular susceptibility to motion sickness, inner ear disorders, heart conditions or similar conditions are encouraged to check with their physician prior to the cruise. By entry aboard the vessel, passenger(s) warrants to Bar Harbor Whale Watch that they are fit for the cruise and water travel, and that such travel will not endanger themselves or others.
No Sighting Policy
In the unlikely event that no whales are spotted on your trip, your ticket then becomes a Rebook Voucher. Your Rebook Voucher(s) allow you to reschedule a trip with us within 3 years of the date of the original trip.
Ticketing Policy
I have read, understood, and accepted that once the boat leaves the dock for my booked trip; my tickets are then NON-REFUNDABLE. If I or Bar Harbor Whale Watch cancels for any reason whatsoever, I have the option of rescheduling my trip, or requesting a refund. If I miss the boat due to tardiness or do not show up for my trip, I will not be issued a refund.
A portion of ticket sales is donated to Allied Whale, a local organization dedicated to the study and protection of marine animals in the Gulf of Maine.
